Our process

Let’s begin with a complimentary 30-minute consultation to get to know one another and talk through your vision. We’ll review what you’ve already planned or secured, discuss vendor details, and walk through collection options. After our call, I’ll prepare a tailored proposal for you to review.
Following our consultation and proposal review, you’ll receive a custom agreement and invoice for your selected collection. A 50% non-refundable retainer and signed agreement are required to officially reserve your wedding date.
Depending on your selected collection, we’ll schedule planning meetings to finalize logistics, timelines, and vendor coordination. If included, a venue walkthrough will allow us to confirm layout details and ensure everything flows seamlessly for your celebration.
On your wedding day, I’ll oversee vendor arrivals, timeline execution, and event flow so you can be fully present. From managing logistics to handling the unexpected, my role is to ensure your celebration runs smoothly from start to finish.

Every wedding is unique, and our process is designed to create a seamless, stress-free experience from inquiry to “I do.”

Most couples reserve their date 6–12 months in advance, with peak spring and fall Saturdays booking even earlier. If you already have your venue secured, it’s the perfect time to reach out. A limited number of weddings are accepted each season to ensure a high-touch experience.
Yes. While many couples come to us for day-of coordination, we also offer planning support at varying levels depending on your needs. During your consultation, we’ll talk through what you’ve already secured and recommend the collection that best supports your vision and timeline.
Absolutely. We primarily serve Austin and surrounding areas, but we’re happy to travel for select weddings. Travel fees may apply depending on the location. If your venue is outside our standard service area, let’s discuss the details during your consultation.
In the unlikely event of illness or emergency, we have trusted associate planners and backup systems in place to ensure your wedding day is fully covered. Your timeline, vendor communication, and logistics are always documented and accessible, so nothing falls through the cracks.
We collaborate seamlessly with vendors of all styles and backgrounds. If you’re still building your vendor team, we’re happy to provide recommendations based on your aesthetic, budget, and priorities. Our goal is always cohesive, stress-free coordination.
